My name is Vinny Fratta, I am not an original member, but we do have the original name. We are not a tribute act, but rather new members that are carrying on that great NY street corner sound. The Fascinators were a 1950s–early 1960s doo-wop vocal group, part of the East Coast harmony scene that flourished just before soul music took over the charts. Their sound was rooted in street-corner harmony, featuring smooth lead vocals, emotional ballads, and classic doo-wop chord progressions.Today The Fascinators bring forth a show filled with nostalgia and great music of the 50s & 60s highlighted by their hit song "Oh Rose Marie" (1959) which was performed on the PBS Television Special Rock, Pop & Doo Wop.
